1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your Adivasi Hair Oil product must meet the following criteria and be initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received your order:

The item must be entirely unused, unopened, and remain in its original, sealed packaging.
The product must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.

Please note: We currently offer our Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil in various sizes (e.g., 250ml, 500ml, 1L). This policy applies to all sizes purchased directly from our website.

2. Initiating a Return

To start the return process for your Adivasi Hair Oil:

3. Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned Adivasi Hair Oil product at our facility, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (as outlined in Section 1).
Notification: We will then notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
